Renewable energy is crucial for all development activities. In Bangladesh aspect Biogas/Solar Energy & Improve Cooking Stove (ICS) technologies has to be considered to the main alternative in this regard. The geographical condition of Bangladesh is very favorable for Renewable Energy (RE) activities. The maximum geographical portion of Bangladesh was not coverage the natural gas or electrical national grid connection due to less production capacity/reserve, complex transmission & distribution system. There are several rivers including Bay of Bangle divided this country in various portion which are not possible to gas or grid connection. Nirapad Engineering Ltd. first starting from July/2004 and registered under Registrar & Joint Stock Companies (RJSC) of Bangladesh on 14th February,2006 as a private limited company under companies Act. 1993. The main focus of this company concentrated in Biogas/solar energy & Improve Cooking Stove(ICS) technologies Training, Marketing, Construction, Installation, Design, Repair, Maintenance & Trouble Shooting, R &D etc. The Infrastructure Development Company Ltd. (IDCOL) is a market leader in RE activities in Bangladesh under the ministry of finance through Economic Relation Division (ERD). Our organization is a Construction Partner Organization (CPO) with IDCOL under National Domestic Biogas and Manure Programe(NDBMP) from 07/04/2008 & next modified as Lending & Construction Partner Organization (LCPO) with IDCOL on 07/11/2009. IDCOL received financial support for NDBMP from SNV & kfw. In the same field this organization is a Partner Organization (PO) with Gtz on 14/04/2008. IDCOL Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC) under NDBMP approved Nirapad Engineering Ltd as a Biogas Accessories Manufacturing Company (MPO) on 26/09/2011. Biogas Accessories Manufacturing Factory situated in Plot No. – S-01, BSCIC Industrial Area, Nowhata, Sadar, Sherpur Town, Sherpur. Under the program of SNV, kfw & Gtz this organization trained skilled mason, skilled technicians & farmers. There are many organization involved with RE activities in Bangladesh, But there are no available trained technicians/masons in this field. Due to this reasons, huse demand for trained technicians/masons and job placement scope is very easy. This types of trainee certified by IDCOL as a government agency. Our others proposed technical training is present market demand based training.
